• Why is my park showing the wrong score?

  Scores are based on real-time weather data and community-logged sessions. If the score seems off, log a session (dry or wet) to correct it for other users. You can also adjust your personal tolerance in Settings. Learn how the scoring engine works.
• How do I delete a location?

  On the Locations tab, swipe left on the location and tap Unsave.
• How do I delete my data?

  Tap Settings > Reset App to clear all locally stored locations and settings.
• The app isn't loading weather data.

  Check your internet connection. Weather data is fetched on each screen load from multiple providers for reliability. If the problem persists, send us a feedback email from Settings; it includes logs automatically.
• A location has incorrect information.

  Swipe left on the location in the Locations tab and tap Flag, or use the flag icon on the Dashboard. Our team reviews flags and corrects bad data.
• I can't find a park in another city or country when searching.

  Search shows locations within roughly 300 km of your current location. Version 1.1 improved search relevance; if a spot still doesn't appear, it may not have been added yet - use Add Spot to contribute it.
• Which location is used for my widgets?

  Widgets display your favourite locations in the order they appear on the Locations tab. The location at the top of your favourites list is used first. To change which location appears in a widget, reorder your favourites on the Locations tab by dragging them into the order you want.
• Why does my widget show a different score to the app?

  From version 1.3, widgets use the same scoring engine as the app. If you still see differences, make sure you're running the latest version. Minor discrepancies can occur when the widget's offline fallback activates (e.g. no internet), since the fallback skips community session data. Scores will align once the widget refreshes with a server connection.
• How do spot ratings work?

  When you log a session, you can give the spot 1-5 stars and optionally track how long you skated. The overall rating shown on each spot is a weighted average · skaters who rate consistently and in line with the community have more influence. Tap the stars on any screen to log a session and add your rating.
• How do I share a session to Instagram or TikTok?

  After logging a session, a share preview opens automatically. You can also tap the share icon on any of your own sessions in the feed. Choose "Sticker" for a transparent overlay you can layer on top of your own video or photo, or "Full Card" for a standalone image with a background photo. Tap SHARE to open the share sheet, or BAIL to skip.
• What is Crew membership?

  Crew membership is an optional one-time purchase that supports skateable.'s development. Members get unlimited saved spots, faster weather data, a profile with their username, friends, session sharing, and a crown on share cards. No subscriptions, no recurring charges. Free users keep all existing features with up to 10 saved spots. Accounts and personal data are only collected if you choose to become a member.
• How do I create an account?

  Accounts are only needed for Crew members. Tap Settings, scroll to the CREW section, and tap "Join the Crew". Enter your email, a password (8+ characters), and choose a username. Your existing sessions, spots, and photos stay linked to your new account. If you don't want an account, you don't need one · the app continues to work anonymously.
• How do I add friends?

  Friends are a Crew member feature. From your profile card in Settings, tap the friends row, search for a friend by username, and send a request. They can accept or decline from their friends list. Once connected, you can tag friends when logging sessions and share planned sessions with them.
• How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

  Tap Settings, scroll to the CREW section, and tap "Restore Purchase". If you previously bought membership on the same Apple ID, it will be restored automatically.
• How do I delete my account and data?

  Crew members can delete their account from Settings > Legal > Privacy & Data > Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your profile, friends, and shared sessions are permanently removed. Session logs and spot contributions stay but become anonymous. You can download all your data as a PDF first from the same screen. Non-members have no account or personal data to delete.
• How do I set up my board on my profile?

  Open the Crew screen (tap the crown icon on the Dashboard or go to Settings > Crew). Tap Edit on your profile. You can set your stance, board width, board brand, trucks, wheels, bearings, shoes, and local spot. All fields are optional.
• How do I control who sees my profile?

  In your profile settings, choose Private (only you, this is the default), Homies (your accepted connections only), or Public (anyone can find and view your profile). If you set your profile to Public, you can also choose whether your @username appears next to your logged sessions.
• How do I share my profile?

  Set your profile visibility to Public, then tap the share icon on the Crew screen. This generates a link that other users can open to view your profile and add you as a homie. If you later set your profile back to Private, the link will show "This profile is private."
• How do trips work?

  Trip planning is a Crew member feature. Explore a city, plan multi-day trips with spots assigned to each day, add accommodation and flights, and invite your crew. Route guidance shows driving, walking, skating, and transit directions between stops.
• How do I log tricks in a session?

  When logging a session, tap Add Trick to browse 150+ tricks by category or search by name. Select a trick, optionally add a stance (Fakie, Nollie, Switch) or obstacle (Rails, Stairs, etc.), and confirm. You can also build multi-trick combos. First landings get a NEW badge automatically.
• What is trick progression?

  Trick progression is a Crew member feature. It gives you personalised recommendations based on your skating style, pace, and tricks you already know. Set up your profile in the progression card on the Dashboard, and you will get a list of tricks you are ready to learn next, based on a prerequisite tree.
• What does the rain warning on the Dashboard mean?

  When rain is forecast within 4 hours, the NEXT RAIN card on the Dashboard turns red to make it harder to miss. This helps you plan around incoming weather.
• How do I find a local skate shop?

  Open the Spots tab and tap the Shops segment. The top of the list shows the shops nearest to you, then a Continent > Country > Region drilldown. Each shop card shows address, opening hours, website, photos, and a mini map. The Nearby map also has a Spots / Shops / Both layer toggle so you can see shops alongside skate spots. (v2.1)
• How do I add a skate shop or claim mine?

  Anyone signed in can submit a missing shop from the Shops segment - tap "Add a Skate Shop", drop a pin, and fill in the details. To claim a shop you own, open its detail page and tap "Claim this Skate Shop". We verify ownership manually, usually by emailing the contact on the shop's website. Once approved, you can edit details and upload a logo and gallery photos. (v2.1)
